Procter & Gamble Co-Op | Spring 2026

[Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Innovation Research + Development]

This spring, I am returning as an industrial & innovation design intern at Procter & Gamble, where I am working at their headquarter office in Cincinnati, Ohio. This time, I am working within P&G Ventures, the startup and innovation arm of P&G, exploring future opportunities for emerging brands including Spruce (weed-killing products) and Zevo (bug-killing products). Through research and creative strategy, I am identifying consumer needs, uncover product opportunities, and help shape the future direction of these brands. My work focuses on designing new products intended for market launch while developing concepts that support long-term brand growth. Here, I’ve been enjoying collaborating and ideating with cross-functional teams across research, engineering, marketing, and business strategy to move ideas forward! Email me at hoffmae7@mail.uc.edu if you have any further questions about my work!
